In today's block, we tried to fit in a bit too much π
Students completed their Handsworth Goal Setting & Core Competencies Reflections, after which they read their new library books.
We talked a bit about Thomas King, and the news that came out yesterday regarding his claim to Indigenous ancestry.
We looked at the "Direct and Indirect Object" sheet, before students were given Practice Quiz # 1 (for homework if not yet complete).
We briefly reviewed the Compare/Contrast sheets so students could keep their trains of thought rolling and ready for tomorrow's work!
